Dough Perforators / Dockers

Designed to last in commercial dough rolling operations. Fully-tested. Peforates dough quickly to eliminate banking problems caused by gas pockets. The handle is made of either a heavy-duty cast aluminum or a high strength polypropylene with finger grips. Perforating rollers are made of styrene for long durability.
